Typical delivery costs are £6.95 for orders under £100.

For orders over £100 delivery is free.

Here at Xaavier London we use the Worldpay Secure Payment Gateway. We take both Visa and Mastercard payments, alternatively you can also visit us to purchase an item from one of our stockists such as G Mantella Jewellers.

Assuming we have the item available in stock, delivery typically takes between 3 – 5 working days. Failing that the item will be dispatched from our warehouse as soon as the item comes back in stock. In the unlikely event this ever happens we will contact you via email and notify you as soon as possible.

We also encrypt customer payment information through EVSSL encryption to ensure transactional data is protected. Customers do not need to create an account to purchase from us, therefore we store no data other than the information related to the transaction for up to a period of 30 days. We keep this information for this brief period in the unlikely event the item is returned by the customer. After this period the returns policy is void therefore the related order information is then deleted.

Upon receiving payment for your order, details are the passed on to our stockroom team who will process quality check and ship your order as soon as possible.

Once the order is shipped you have up to 30 days to return your order in the unlikely event you receive a damaged or incorrect item. 

Should you wish to return an order to us, it must be unused and undamaged and within the 30 day period. All orders are quality checked before shipping and it returns are not received within the 30 day period, your refund will not be processed.

As soon as your order has been processed and payment processed you will receive an invoice directly via the email address you provided at the time of order.
